The Church surpasses all expectations. Majestic surroundings, beautiful architectural features, and most importantly a homely, cosy vibe with all the trappings of modern country life. Chunky log burning stoves in the main living area and bathroom provide ample heat and a warmth of heart.  Handy galley kitchen, cool post modern furnishings, and the secret TV nook are spot on, just perfect for keeping the kids at bay. Meanwhile enjoy serene walks across forgotten highlands, with sheep, cattle and even alpacas grazing the land. Forget about stopping at Goulburn for food. The selection of shops on Crookwells' main drag will delight. Award winning sausage providores through to magnificent jams and mustards. A well stocked IGA, liquor stores, and most importantly in Winter... Fire starters! Least of all check out the amazing bistro at the Crookwell pub, great cafe style pub food served with love and care. The staff are just like all the locals in Crookwell, super friendly and nice, just a charming town. About 8 mins drive is Laggan and the Church with all of its grand history, beautiful surroundings and amazing living quarters. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for the experience.
